Ticket based business or seasonal events?

Where your business is predominantly ticket based or are a seasonal event, we offer our BookMy Lite version. No monthly fee, no contract – either a 50p per ticket sold or a 3% per booking fee (capped at £4) will be processed automatically.

SMART Front Desk offers waiver administration, capacity management, counter control system with an added till functionality. Our cloud-based system offers a complete venue management solution.

Our BookMy solutions fall under the three plans – Entry, Professional and Enterprise payable monthly. For multiple venues, or venues with 6+ activities on site, we can work on a bespoke pricing package.

Where tickets are the core element of a venue or seasonal business, we have our BookMy lite version where there is no monthly fee, no contract, but either a set fee of 50p per ticket sold or a 3% fee per booking taken automatically.

Our FrontDesk solution has only one plan.

1 extra booking per month will more than pay for our solution. Our pricing is based upon a 30 day rolling contract, with no additional fee’s from our behalf.

Discounts can be applied for multiple venues.

Dependent on the type of venue, our lead time for set up is 1-4 weeks. As part of the set up fee, we offer full set up and training via Online Screen sharing. We work with you to set up your booking confirmations and online booking wizard are customised using your branding.

We provide our solutions on a 30 day rolling contract, payable 1 month in advance via Direct Debit. As long as you give us 30 days notice, you can cancel at any time.

For multiple venue operators, we ask for 3 month notice – to ensure the smooth transition from one system to another.

Our set up fee is £250 + VAT  providing the training and set up is carried out Online. We work with you to ensure the solutions are set up as required.

If you require an onsite training and set up visit, this is chargeable at £500 + VAT per day (plus travel expenses where required)
