What support does SMART Offer?
At SMART Entertainment, we offer a range of support with our system. We have a range of instantly accessible help guides and video tutorials created by our Support & Development team. We also operate a ticket-based solution to gain support.
Our Support Desk is staffed Monday-Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to respond within 8 working hours. We operate an out-of-hours ‘Emergency Support’ outside of this for business-critical queries.
